my very own hero of canton. <3
this came up during my kal'reegar plushie posting, but i LOVE jayne cobb. LOVELOVELOVE. he is my absolute favorite firefly character.
i've been wanting to do this plushie forEVER, but i was worried about the hat. i can't knit, and jayne NEEDED his hat. finally i bit the bullet and put one baby sized jayne hat in my etsy cart, and my husband stopped me. he pointed out everything on my other plushies had been handmade by me, and if i bought someone elses' knit hat it wouldn't be the same.
so obviously the hat is not as accurate as it COULD be, but i've never sewn a little hat before and i'm quite proud of it.
after sewing the little t-shirt i realized it definitely needed the logo, so i printed it off on tattoo paper and applied it.
p.s yes, this does mean i have to make a little mal now, too. i need a set of little damn heroes.
